The service. The Kumite Fight Review is an online, one-to-one coaching service. You send us a video of one of your fights. We send you a written analysis, a list of corrections ranked by priority and a personalized training plan, and you can ask questions by email while you work on it. Delivery takes up to 7 days from when we receive a usable video.
Who can buy. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian buy on your behalf and agree to these terms. The service is not available to children under 13.
Your video. You confirm you have the right to send the video, including the consent of any other athlete shown in it where required. If the video does not show both fighters clearly from start to finish, we will ask you for another one before starting.
Training at your own risk. Karate is a contact sport. Our advice is coaching, not medical advice. Train under qualified supervision, use proper protective equipment and follow your own coach's and doctor's guidance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries that occur during your training or competitions.
No guaranteed results. Results depend on your training, your level and many factors outside our control. We do not promise wins, medals or team selections. Our 30-day guarantee is described in the Refund Policy section.
Intellectual property. The analysis and training plan are for your personal use. You may share them with your own coach, but not resell or publish them.
Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and are charged at checkout. The introductory price is available to new athletes only.
Our liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Governing law. These terms are governed by Italian law. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your country of residence.

Refund Policy

30-day guarantee. Work on your training plan for 30 days from the day you receive your Fight Review. If you don't see a real improvement in at least one area of your kumite, we refund the full $50.
How to ask. Reply to the email that delivered your review, or write to coaching.francesco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. No forms and no questions asked.
When you get it. We process the refund within 5 business days, to the same payment method you used. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Before delivery. If you change your mind before sending your video, or before we start the analysis, we don't refund you.
Other cases. If we can't deliver the service for any reason on our side, we refund you in full.
